Yo, A-Vibe actually first brought Killa Kela to HK for an Asahi event in Dec 2002!
That’s where he met DJ Tommy, who intro’d him to the CLOT event!
Back in 2002, 400 people came to the gig at the now-defunct Queen’s Theatre club.
He has evolved further and further ever since.
And, back then, the crowd had no idea who he was… But they LOVED him!

You’d be surprised. Killa Kela has rocked diverse audiences in Hong Kong: at a CLOT event, a Volar party and also performed for an I.T. anniversary. Average people seem to respond positively to his shows. Personally I’m a fan of old-school beatbox / rappers like the Fat Boys, Dougie Fresh, and nobody beats THE BIZ!
