Hong Kong based artist Elizabeth Briel has created a children’s book filled with special hand-tinted images of our city. At just a glance, I’m thinking that this would make an excellent gift for the holidays. What could be better than a beautifully illustrated book to excite someone about the wonders of Hong Kong?

Today, Wednesday, December third, there is an opening of Elizabeth Briel’s artwork titled “Enduring Hong Kong” from 6:30-8:30 pm at the Karin Weber Gallery, G/F 20 Aberdeen Street, just off Hollywood Road in Central.
