Above Second Gallery, the same people who curated the massive Work in Progress exhibition last June, are opening a new group show titled “Neon Golden” on Friday, September 6th.
Instead of walls, this time the exhibit features works on paper by fourteen Australian street artists.
The show includes work by artists RONE, Beastman, Fintan Magee, Shida, Yok, Sheryo, Numskull, Roach, Jumbo, Phibs, Twoone, Vans The Omega, Thomas Jackson, and Kyle Hughes-odgers.
This is the first time that most of the artists will be exhibited in Hong Kong.
Ten of the artists will attend the opening and will also be painting for a week in the city!
May Wong, founder of Above Second has developed a niche in exhibiting Australian street artists. Above Second has showcased the artwork by MEGGS twice, as well as included Australians in previous group shows.
For a view of the large-scale works created by Australian’s RONE and Beastman during their recent trip to the city, have a look at the Work In Progress show.
