M.C. Webber, widely recognized as China’s top M.C., will be landing in Hong Kong on Friday, September 11th to perform a Reggae set under his pseudonym Raddam Ras at indie club XXX. The versatile M.C. was barred from competing in China’s freestyle championship after winning for countless years in a row.
